iSort™ Fractions
iSort™ Fractions quantifies 22 immune cell types (blood mode) and additional three cell types (tissue mode) from bulk expression profiles.
Get Started
Step 1. Register yourself and your organization using the
Register
tab at the top of this page.
You will receive an e-mail from CiberMed once your account is
approved.
Step 2. Select a token type of your choice to review terms and conditions.
Upon receipt of the signed agreement, a token will be issued and you will receive the
notification
email.

One free token per organization
Up to 15 samples for 30 days.
Per-sample token
$50/sample for <50 samples per order
Contact info@cibermed.com for volume discount (>50 or more
samples per order)
Annual per-seat token
Contact info@cibermed.com for volume discount (>200 samples/year)
Step 3. Run iSort. You can run iSort on a browser or locally.
Run iSort Fractions on a Browser
A user will upload the input file(s), run iSort on browser, and download the results files.
Run iSort Fractions Locally
A user will download the desktop application containerized by Docker, and runs it locally. No need
to
upload your input file(s). The desktop version is a command-line tool without GUI
(graphical user interface).
